Window Dressers is a luxury supplier of custom, high quality window coverings in Scottsdale. However, owners Fran and Deland Pelto had rather humble beginnings. They started working from Deland’s parent’s basement in Wisconsin, then in an upstairs room in Chicago, followed by a decade in their Arizona garage. The couple worked to perfect their skills and build a client base that elevated them to icon status in their industry. The Peltos have built a team of skilled artisans and craftspeople who work to create the finest quality products available. Embracing technology to provide a higher level of service to the interior design community, Fran and Deland built a thriving business working with some of the finest design professionals on their biggest projects.
