Jim Manship founded Manship Builders in 1983 with the goal of building quality projects. With an early focus on commercial, he found a passion for building custom homes. The service and interaction with his clients, and the challenge of building something special, created the core of their company principles. Chris Manship grew up on job sites, stacking block and cleaning sites at age 8. With an education in structural engineering and experience in public infrastructure he returned to custom home building with his family. The Manship’s now have a diverse team of business and construction professionals who work to create special homes and experiences. Working with many of the top architects and designers, they have created stunning properties that are personal expressions of their clients. From their Carefree offices their team works across much of North Scottsdale, focusing on luxury estates for discerning clients.
