Dick Lloyd worked in construction with his stepfather in his teens, and by 1992, he founded Dick Lloyd Custom Homes to create personal building services for residential clients. His early involvement in the production development at Raven Golf Club in Phoenix, and the continuing creation of spec homes have connected him to the current buyer desires. He was joined in the business by his brother, Joe Lloyd, in 2000. Their work on custom estates at Desert Mountain in North Scottsdale that has become a passion, creating retreats in the high desert. Each brother brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to their projects, which include all styles of homes designed by top architects, interior designers and landscape professionals. They each personally work their jobs, are always available to their clients, and keep their processes effective and value-driven.
