Design Icon – Architect
Clint Miller
Clint Miller was always drawn to architecture, captivated by form, finish and the connection to site. The ASU graduate found early work in the commercial sector, partnering with Phoenix designer Jeffrey Rausch for more than a decade. He found his real passion working on his own adobe residence, intrigued by the material’s form, texture and how it translated into the home experience. Miller has been creating luxury residential properties in North Scottsdale and throughout the state for decades, with each project infused with his philosophy of the “union of house and site.” Mediterranean, alpine, modern and midcentury motifs occupy his unique portfolio. Drawing and creating the plan are his passions. His dramatic, hand-drawn home elevations have helped him communicate his vision to his clients. Miller’s artistry is so strong that his work has become art, with his architectural illustrations used by magazines to showcase the regional style. Respecting the desert drives Miller’s designs, and living in Carefree inspires his civic involvement in the community. Clint Miller is an architect devoted to the desert.
