Design Icon – Service

Julianne Palmer is a natural creative. She grew up in Utah,with early interests in painting and jewelry but her passion for creating has moved her to a career in architectural photography. It was Instagram that inspired Palmer to buy a DSLR camera and start taking photos, experimenting with her own space, her own family and her own friends to learn composition, lighting and how to find the best shot. Her career was boosted by connecting with architect and Design Icon Mark Candelaria. A fun portrait shot of Candelaria in a bathtub launched an ongoing relationship that put her into architectural photography in the finest homes in town. Those projects connected her with Realtors, builders, and designers who were looking for a fresh eye for their own projects. Palmer loves creating visual art with the architecture, interiors and landscape forms she photographs. Her fresh, light-filled images highlight forms and finishes, enhancing the design vision of the project.
